My windshield wiper was broken as the blade was being changed. However my service tech was very nice about it and arranged for me to return thefillwing afternoon (anytime, my choice) which I did. It was repaired in a flash. No charge of course.

I dropped my car off and explained to the representative that the phone number that was in the system was wrong. The number should be changed from my husbands number to my number because the car belongs to me and it is in my name and I would be the one who would be paying for the service and picking it up when it is ready or if a decision needs to be made. Nissan not only did not change this information but called my husband when the car was ready and actually sent this survey to his email address instead of mine. Although I am satisfied with the auto service I am dyssatisfied with the cystermer service when it comes to the personal service.
