I was satisfied with my service except for the fact that I was charged almost 160.00 for a diagnostic test to be done. I came in to have my car checked out because it did not pass emissions testing in Missouri. I was advised to bring the car back to my Nissan dealer to have it checked out. So I did. There were three recalls on my vehicle which were taken care of free of charge, except a service fee. Not exactly sure why I should have had to pay a dime for a recall on my car, as it’s your responsibility to make it right. My main concern is that I had to fork out $160 for a diagnostic test. I feel that since my vehicle wasn’t even licensed yet and was less than 30 days old that it would be the responsibility of the Nissan dealer where I purchased my vehicle to perform whatever test necessary to ensure that my car passes all proper inspections. The diagnostic test did not show anything wrong and all monitors were in working order. My car did pass inspection that same day when I picked the car up, even though you found no problems with it. So I am not satisfied that I purchased a fairly new vehicle and am spending $14,000 on it, then turn around and be charged for a test that was absolutely needed in order for my car to pass inspection. It would be great if someone could reach out and give me call to discuss this issue in further detail. Thank you.

I asked for my car to be wash after being serviced. It was not. The staff only cleaned the front windshield. My service took over 1.5 hours. I was estimated 1 hour because I had other engagements to attend.

The check in guy (Chris) was really nice and I was happy with his service. However, my schedules oil change and tire rotation took TWO HOURS! It should only take 45 min or so. I sat in the waiting room with my 3 younger kids (who luckily behaved until the last 20 min) for 2 hours. I ended up running late to my plans and having to rush. That is the part I was very unhappy with.
