The oil light was not reset. They did not wash my car, which I was told they would always do when I bought my car. I have never been completely satisfied with any oil change I’ve ever gotten in the last two years.

The service was fine except the day after I picked it up, the engine light came on. My daughter called the service dept.. She was told to bring the car today at 3:30pm. She went and was told they couldn’t do anything since the mechanics go home by 4pm. She was told to come back on Friday between 1100 and 1:00. I will personally be bringing the car to ensure it is taken care of. I don’t like this running around situation. Ms Joy
