WIFI was out. I had my children with me and couldn’t connect to the internet for movies and the volume on the desktop computers isn’t loud enough to hear even at full volume when the television is on and their location being directly beside the garage. We were treated respectfully and kindly by all the service staff we interacted with and we super appreciated that.

When I dropped of the vehicle it was for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation - then I added a fuel injection cleaning. After I returned home I realized they had not done the tire rotation. I called back and they acknowledged the “oversight” and promised to make it right - I could come in at my convenience. I am thankful for that but it is an inconvenience for me.
