I made an appointment because I had to take time off work to get my oil change. My appt time was 9:40. I arrived at 9:30 and was checked in by 9:40. I was getting an oil change and tire rotation. After an hour and 10 minutes I asked for an update and was told my car was almost done, they just needed to add the oil and check the tire pressure. 30 minutes later I went to ask again and found my car sitting there. An oil change and tire rotation should not take have taken an hour and 45 minutes. I could understand if I didn’t have an appt but I did have one. Unacceptable and I was never given updates; I had to ask.

Had a appointment at 10:30 and had to reschedule for 1330 because I was told it was going to be an 1 1/2 hr wait. I also was told that they would show me the filter before replacing it and that didn't happen. I also was told the filter was going to be $2 and at checkout I was charged $23.
