My appointment was at 1:00. I took a walk and when I returned at 2:00, my car was stil in the parking area. No one had even looked at it yet. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. Why make an appointment if they don’t follow their schedules? I talked to two other customers, and one had been there since 11:00 and the other had come in at 12:30 with no appointment. She got her car back before I did. They both said that they were there for oil changes. Improvement is suggested in the service department.

I just purchased my rogue from a certified mission dealer in Illinois just got the vehicle on sept 7. Took it back in on the tenth. Said there was shaking in the front tire. The back shakes and thuddes when turning. Also a heat shield was rattling. I was told it is fine and safe and they clamped the heat shield it still rattles. Then now today the malfunction light indicator came on. Would like for a Inspection since I’ve only had the car for less than three weeks and it’s having multiple malfunctions.

Shop was very busy and I knew it would take a while for my service. Waiting room was packed but the seating area out front was plenty comfortable. I was quoted 90 minutes to perform the service and the car was ready in 60 minutes. Rob was very professional and courteous.
