I made an appointment to drop off my car on 2 August for recall repairs to the driver and passenger side airbags. I was told the repairs would be made on 3 August and I could pick up my car on 4 August. On the third I made multiple calls to the service department left multiple messages and could never find anyone to discuss the status of my car. On the fourth I called to try to determine status of my car and was told that no one was there to help me and that the service department was closing at 1 PM and I would have to wait until Monday. I came and got my car using my spare key because I needed it to go on a business trip on Monday. When I returned on the following Saturday, I called the service department multiple times to try to arrange pick up of my of master key and also to close out the service contract. Again I left multiple messages and no one was available to discuss the issues with me. I went to get my keys on the 11th and no one was physically in the service department bay for over five minutes. I collected my keys and departed, as there was no one available to help me. At no point during any of this process of over a week did anyone from your company Return my call or try to give me status on the repairs to my car. Today, nearly 3 weeks after I turned in my car I get an automated text from you telling me that it’s ready for pick up. Shocking. Not at all pleased with the service, the information, the process, or anything to do with how this was handled. And we still don’t know what repairs were made in r if there are any more ashes with my car.

The service was good but something came up missing from my car and the manager Tory was very sarcastic about it. His customer service skills were extremely horrible. I may not return to that dealership after over 4years of commitment to you all. I'm not worried about the $5 bottle of air freshener it's the principle of a worker taking it out of my car. That's called stealing. Tory basically brushed it off. I'm upset about it.

Extremely disappointed. I waited for nearly two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it was because they were changing my air filter when we never discussed that happening. Later found out, they did not replace the air filter so I’m still unsure what or why it took so long. In addition, they never reset the oil change/tire rotation on my vehicle so I had look it up and do it myself. Seems minor, but when you’re pregnant and waiting 2 hours, it really adds to the already horrible experience. That was the last oil change under my contract and I’m so disappointed I can’t say I know if I’ll be back.

The mechanic who handled my services yesterday made me feel as if I was invaluable customer. I asked a gentleman did he clean my battery instead he showed me the little corrosion on there. He even went on to suggest that I need to drive my vehicle. Even though my vehicle already have 30,000 plus miles on it I would think that is considered to be drivable. I just was not satisfied at all with the services he provided for me. He didn't do anything to please this Nissan customer.
