My check engine light was on and I had to take time off from work to
take the car in. I waited for about an hour ( which wasn’t bad) and they told
me my car was ready and said it was a code problem. When they brought me my car the engine light was still on so the man who brought me my car went and
got a gadget and plugged it in to my car and the light went off. I went back to work and when I left work the light was back on. Now I have to take time off work again to have it fixed. Plus this is a brand new car I’ve had only a month.

Our Nissan Murano looked great with one exception, the bag inside of the vehicle was not cleaned or vacuumed ( in the hatchback area ). Besides that everything looked great ????

The Auto Butler package was included when I purchased my vehicle and I thought that consisted of cleaning the leather and
Vacuuming throughout my car. Well the backs floors were not touched. The mats were not moved and the back seats didnt look like they were touched as well. They didnt move the car seat to clean the seat as crumbs were still left in the cracks. Not satisfied at all!!!!

We were told they did not have loaner cars, they told us it would take about 3 hours, no one ever called us till the next day late it was a total inconvenience, we had to leave the car there for eight days befor we could pick it up, and if we were given a loaner we could have picked it up the next, not happy
