Kirsten who checked me in was awesome. She defines customer service. This was my first oil change with my new car. I do have two things. One of the options forniuk change was putting an oil additive in it was said to be recommended by dealer. Afterward I contacted Nissan directly. They told me according to owners manual ok additives were not r recommended. So won't do that expensive thing again. Also. Supposedly my tires were rotated and I told them my tires were low. After I left I checked tire pressures. All still low and all still on exact same tires. So I am not even sure they were rotated. So not sure I got my money's worth. I filled them up afterward. And those pressures have stayed all weekend. So again. Don't think they were rotated. Trust factor kind of low on the service dept. No need to contact me. Won't make any difference. Will keep bringing it there because I fell into the maintenance agreement and don't want those thousands of dollars to go to waste.

Auto butler was not able to take my car since appt time I was given was not the what attendant actually booked. Also Travis showed my husband the air filter suggesting it be replaced but he advised them it was not that bad, but they replaced it anyway and asked me to pay for it although I did not pay. During the 4hour visit that that I was told covered oil change , tire rotation and auto butler only the oil change and rotation was completed and after I returned Kristens phone call from her advising me auto butler couldn't take my vehicle, I was on hold 13minutes waiting to speak with her. After all that I still have to reschedule for auto butler
