Serviceman said I had a corrosive post on battery that would cost 1$169 to fix. I said let me see. Why couldn't it be wire brushed like we did in the old days or coke poured on it to dissolve the corrosion. Or baking soda and water. He said something about affecting the electronics in the car. I said I'll go home and do it myself. After a 70 cent box of baking soda and water mixture the post is clean. Disappointed that serviceman tried to bill an elderly woman so much when an old remedy would work.
