We had to call sales man to help us out on even setting up an appointment. He helped us out after trying to talk to service department. And we didn’t get notified that vehicle was done and tried calling end of day to find out and kept on getting put on hold then disconnected. So again had to call salesman to get it taken care of. Shortly after talking to sales man, he had service department call us and inform us our vehicle was done. We picked it up the following day. Later that night we received a text saying our vehicle was done. We all ready picked it up 4 hours prior. If it wasn’t for the sales man I would not be going back for service.

I requested the splash guard to be fixed on the drivers side. I also requested to have a rattle fixed in my driver side door. Neither one were fixed. My center console was not cleaned by the Auto Butler this includes the cup holders, gear shift and radio area.
