Oil Filter was not threaded on correctly during oil change and all the oil drained out leaving a pool of oil under my car at home. I got the issue fixed at Dobb’s when they investigated the cause. That set me back over $77 in which I demand to be refunded.

Not much happened, other than the oil change. Rob was very pleasant. He said they would rotate the tires next time. My receipt said I denied recommended service. Rob said those things usually occur at 20,000 miles, so I said I would wait. I’m not sure that constitutes denying recommended service. I’m not sure the car wash is always included with service appointments, but it was mediocre at best...not that I expect a complete detail.

BMW had several severe problems that should have been corrected before the sale. Now repaired we think but its been less than a week and we need to see if the oil leak is repaired. Have appointment with BMW service next week (5-1-18) Car appeared lost several times but, thanks to David Adler, er found it when no one els4 seemed concerned .

Absolutely a great job by the folks who do the Auto Butler detailing. My Pathfinder was in immaculate condition....wonderful job. Travis met me at my vehicle had the paperwork done and took my vehicle from there. He called me as soon as it was done and had everything ready when I picked it up. Absolutely a great job all around. Kudos to everyone.
