I was very satisfied with the service but disappointed that when I made the appointment no one told me about the location change so I wasted my time and my gas to drive to the Shiloh location

My daughter took my car in for service she called me crying and said Chris the person taking care of her was rude. They let her leave without any paperwork explaining what was done to the car. I called in and talked with a supervisor he said that they had just changed location and things where crazy. That is fine but is no excuse for poor customer service. I have always gotten great service at Auffenberg and was very unhappy with the way my daughter was treated.

I was told over the phone that my airbag module could be reset for $250. Once my car was dropped off, After about 6 calls over a 3 hour period I finally got ahold of the service desk to get an update. I was told the airbag module couldn't be reset, which is not true. They said it would have to be replaced for $1200. I did not accept that and was still made to pay $100 "troubleshooting fee". I found another shop to reset the module for $60. It was a waste of my time and money, and I felt disrespected. This is not how you should treat customers that you want to return. I will not be returning.

My appointment was at 8:20 am. For just an oil change.
Most I have ever waited was 1 hour. After 1-1/2 hrs I went to service desk to inquire what was happening. Counter tech went to check. Was told another 10 minutes. I drove off premises at 10:28. I realize it was the 2nd day at new location but others who arrived after me left before me. More to the story.

This service department is top notch. Had a problem with my new 2022 pathfinder. Took to another dealership where I live now in Topeka, KS. The service dept in Kansas did nothing, fixed nothing and gave me the run around for weeks!!! Your service team squeezed me in, didn’t have an apt, they figured it out and fixed it!!! I am so grateful!!!! I will gladly drive 5 hours for actual service!
