I’m guessing the text system for updates is automated because I sent a question asking when my car would be done and I didn’t get a response. When I got back an hour later my car was parked in the exact same place as it was when I left an hour earlier. Long day! Auto butler took 6 hours and a oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours. I had both of these services pre scheduled. I don’t like leaving negative feedback but I honestly felt like I was burdening the person working with me today. We all have bad days but I ‘ve never had service this bad and I’ve been a customer there for years.
