The fact It took two days to get my car repaired and I called several times without a callback to get a status update I have purchased several cars from Auffenberg but this is the first time I have a problem as far as the quality of service. I’m not sure if it’s due to being shorthanded or the fact that nationwide it appears Customerservice has gone down the tubes.

I was satisfied with my repair but the inspection found a serious issue with my vehicle which I did not learn about until I reviewed the paperwork the next day. I would have anticipated a text message, call, or to be notified when I picked up my car but none of these happened. Now I need to find time to make a second appointment rather than have all the work done at my original appointment. Thank you
