Every single time I get my services done the service department forgets to fill my wiper fluid. If they aren't completing that miniscule tasks, how do I know they are even changing my oil properly or at all? How do I know they actually check the battery, brakes, & tires? It's ridiculous that I should have to come up twice to get work done that was promised to be done the first time!

I dropped my car off the night before the service was supposed to be done thinking they would start servicing my car the next morning. However that wasn't the case. I texted the service advisor around 11:30 to see how they was coming along he told me they had it in the shop then. I texted back about two hours later still not finished. By thus time my car had been there longer than I thought. The service advisor Chris I believe was his name got smart and said to me "you didn't have an appointment " I said to him had you told me I needed an appointment I would have made an appointment and brought it back at my appointment time. I brought the car in for a oil change and he suggested I needed other maintenance needed to be done. Since they had the car I was trying to get everything done while they had my car. It is starting to be a hassle everytime I bring my car in. Chris has such a nasty attitude I don't want him to check my car in if I can at all help it I have bought my last two cars from Auffenberg now I will be apprehensive about buying another one from Auffenberg.

When I brought my Truck in to be check out due my air conditioner was working right. I was told I needed a whole Air Condenser which cost me $1100 and my air conditioning still wasn’t letting out Cold air. This happened last month with me taking my Truck back because of the air conditioner. I was very upset with the Service of them putting an air condenser last year. Whom ever did the service on my Truck knew that air conditioner wasn’t putting out Cold air. I spoke to the manager at Auffenberg Nissan, I was very upset about the whole situation & I don’t feel like I should have to pay $1484 to get my air conditioner work on. As a woman I feel like that’s a ripple off. I should only be paying half because I was told this was the reason my air conditioner was putting out hot air in the first place. This situation needs to taken care of correctly & I should’ve to pay this whole amount.
