We were charged 29.00 for a tire rotation and brand new tires were purchased during this visit. No response was provided when I asked the question why? Then we simply asked why the passenger air bag light was constantly on and we were charged 100.00 diagnostic fee to verify the light was engaged? I already knew this. We were then provided an alternative to fixing the light was 1,800??? The vehicle is 10 years old and this isn’t a serious issue. I purchased a new VW Jetta from Auffenberg last year and had serviced our previous vehicles at the VW facility for years. We were completely price gouged in this latest service experience at Nissan. We left so disappointed that we will no longer service our vehicle or purchase another car at Auffenberg. As a loyal customer, I was shocked with our customer service. Glen S

It took two days to change my oil. I also wanted to get an o2 sensor switched out, but you wanted to charge $158 just to diagnose it, even though I knew what the problem was. I called the first day 4 times with no answers. Someone was supposed to call me back Monday and no one did. I even texted the service representative and no answer. I had to instead talk to a nice sales manager to get my car after the service department closed. I then was told my oil change would be done the next morning. I drop off my car again and ask if I will get a call. No call again. Finally after 3:30 I receive a text that it was done. The guy who checked me out was nice, but I'm sure he wasn't aware of any issues I had. Two days for an oil change, no call, and no answers to your service texts. Work on your communication. I know there were two call ins (the sales manager had to tell me that) but that's no excuse. It was my worst experience yet.

When I booked the appointment, I asked where the drop box was located: I was assured I would see it. Sure enough a large sign is posted. BUT the form I was supposed to fill out was missing & a key was left in the box. I was apprehensive about leaving my key but thought I was overreacting. Around 2pm I received a call stating the other key called to see when their car would be ready & they saw mine. The man laughed & said that wasn’t where the key was to be left. He wasn’t too concerned the envelopes were not there to leave directions. So far I’ve been less than impressed with purchasing my car & now the service. This is someone’s job to make sure envelopes are there! I don’t find it funny & find it annoying I was without a vehicle for 2 days! How is someone to know where to leave the keys when there is a sign above the box stating to leave keys there & the envelops empty stating where to put the keys? This is not okay. Going without a car for 2 days for auto butler is not okay. So am I happy, NO! You can & should do better.
