This vehicle was purchased less than 2 months ago and has already been in 3 times to have parts replaced. It seems as though this all should have been taken care of before the vehicle was able to be purchased. Also, the “extended warranty” I purchased is a complete scam. Turns out, it’s not a warranty. It’s an insurance policy with a deductible. Something that was NEVER explained to me or my husband when we purchased the vehicle. This place is a complete nightmare and I wish I didn’t have to be tied to it for all of my vehicle repair needs. There’s a complete lack of organization and communication.
