I paid for services that weren’t performed on my car. The Mass Airflow Sensor wasn’t cleaned. The air filter wasn’t changed. The air intake was left loose. Two fasteners were left out of the shield above the radiator. I guess the Technician removed them to get to the air intake and never replaced them. He would have if he had tightened down the air intake bolts. I seriously doubt that the air intake was cleaned, judging by the road debris left inside the air filter box. I know that the transmission fluid was flushed by how smooth the car shifts. And I know that the front rotors were turned because the chatter is gone. I bought this car new from you guys. I’ve never had the car serviced anywhere else. I drive to Davis five days a week, that’s 90 miles a day. The car is 4 years old with 90K miles on it. It’s a great car. I expect great service. When I bring my car in for service I’m trusting your business with my life and my family’s. Before I went into Medicine, I worked the automotive repair, so I’m not your average customer. I also asked for a trunk hinge protector to be reattached. It wasn’t done either. There seems be problems with commutation and honesty at your business. This is the first Toyota I’ve ever bought and I love it. Great product. The questions are: Do I ever use your services again? Would I ever buy a car from your dealership again? Would I recommend your dealership to anyone? I’m very disappointed. I’ve lived in Yuba City for 19 years and I expect better service in a small town then the large city. Sincerely Thomas G. Ibach

i was told i was going to get the car detailed n they just did a car wash. i just purchased the vehicle and on top of getting it back to the dealership the next day because it had transmission problems, they sold it to me dirty. now i have to go back next week for another appt

It took 2 hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I waited in the lobby for 30 mins after my car was done because I was told they still needed time to process our paperwork. It shouldn’t take 30 mins to complete paperwork. My time is valuable and there was not any urgency behind the service her. Last time I waited 3.5 hours and had to speak to the manager to get my car back. I don’t think we will be returning for service.
