Whenever I have my oil changed, the ask, if the air filter needs to be replaced, is it alright to replace it. If course, my reply is yes. After I got home my neighbor checked my air filter. We went to an auto parts store and bought one.

It took almost 4 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. I had told the young associate that I was leave for a couple hours and would be back. He didn’t seem to be very helpful and care about me when I returned 3 hours later and his colleague had to help because he walked away. His colleagues took care of me better and looked into why my car wasn’t done yet. They told me if I had an appointment it would of been faster. Last time I made an appointment it took three hours. I continue to not be satisfied with yuba city Toyota service department.
