The work was done as planned. When I picked up my car it was not washed contrary to the statement on the work order. I had a 10% off coupon and the agent told me he "knocked about $10 off" for me but when I got home and checked the bill it was the exact rate quoted with no 10% discount. I also had a $25 off card to use and he convinced me not to use it. The mechanic next to him even said "he wants to use the card." I was late and didn't want to argue. Not cool.

Air pressure in tires was not at correct amount. Tech had put 30 lbs. Placard on door says 33 lbs. Once I put 33 lbs in tires, low pressure light went off.

I was very unhappy with the complete lack of follow up, empathy, and general customer service. I live 50 miles from you and the lack of follow up when I would ask for updates at certain times. I also spent 1381.00 and when I picked the car up I had to pay 1.50 at a local gas station to get my tires pumped up because the warning light was on. Seriously, you can't even check a simple detail like that when I didnt have that message before the car was brought in. This is the last VW I will have and I seriously doubt I will ever shop Tom Wood

Ten days without a loaner vehicle completely unacceptable! Was told none available. Would be called when one available. Never received call. Ten day without, I don’t believe any attempt was made to get us a replacement vehicle during repairs. Tom wood group simply doesn’t care about their customers. I paid more for a Volkswagen over other brands, I expect better.

The did the service though told me that my wheel damage was not covered by my wheel warranty, which still makes no sense to me. I was told when I purchased the coverage it would cover any damage to the wheels and tires that may occur. Not sure what I am paying all the money for coverage that doesn’t cover anything. It’s pretty frustrating.
