Took 2 hours to get an oil change and headlight replaced. Was not given a price estimate before service. If I had known I would be charged $61 for a single headlight bulb I would have replaced it myself. Had to get bill adjusted since I was charged for an oil change even though It’s included in my service contract.

I understand that Philip was out due to some emergency medical leave, but as a result I felt that my car kinda fell through the cracks for a few days...as I was not able to reach anyone who knew current status etc. In the end Rachel took over and the car appears to be fine now, but for a few days I felt kinda shuffled around.
