Cathy is the best employee that they have in the service department . She is highly reliable and makes you feel like you are in really good hands . She is very knowledgeable and someone who truly makes you feel like a valued customer !! You all are very lucky to have her working with you .

Mr. Philip **** has an attitude problem and the so called service manager Mr. Joesph Varmer whom I wouldn't trust his advise to work on a bike, I have a warranty for the wheels and tires etc on my vehicle, there was an issue with one of the tires I brought it in they replaced it, leaving I felt it pulling, because I was kept there till closing, I brought it back in the next day and Mr. Joesph tested it and confirmed it was pulling he switched the front to the back and back to the front and gave it back to me; one month later I had to pay for a lineup bacause it wasn't lined up when they fixed it, yet ED Voyles has him as a service manager.
I am very unhappy with the cunning people I have had to incounter at the dealership that ED Voyles apparently finds are doing a great job, I myself want to be released from it period.

The actual work on the car was good. They changed my oil and rotated the tires. Didn’t wash the car like usually, but I understand they were very busy. This leads to my statement about Rachel...’I felt like I wasn’t an appreciated customer.’ I have a very hectic schedule and didn’t setup and appointment so I came in very early to squeeze in if possible. She said ‘You should always setup an appointment. We’re very busy and will see what they could do.’ It felt like I should go someplace else, but I did t have the time to hunt around, so I took her jab and got my car serviced. Still don’t like that experience.
