I feel like I was being con into buy a brand new battery for 300 dollars.When I brought it to their attention that the battery should be under the warranty. I was told “ o yeah it is covered “ . When it was time to pay my balance I was inform “ good news you didn’t need a new battery yours is still good “. I bring my car to dealership because I trust that I would get good and honest service. I don’t know if I want to bring my car back.

Even with an appointment it took an hour. I can drive up to my local or change place without an appointment and be out within 15 to 20 minutes. It was even worse today because I am arrived an hour early, so I was there for two hours. I will most likely get my future oil changes locally. To top it off they tried to charge me for my complementary First oil change.

I was given poor information on wait time for the work I needed done. I was told 1.5-2 hours and after THREE hours I was advised that it would be a bit longer so I got on the shuttle to go to work. I would’ve taken the shuttle as soon as I dropped off the vehicle had I been properly advised. I don’t care how long the work takes, just provide proper advice so I can plan my time effectively.
