Cathy was wonderful to work with. She confirmed the services at the start of the appointment, contacted the courtesy driver for me, and let me know when she knew the extent of the recall repair and when my vehicle was ready. The courtesy driver was also really nice and helped me while I fastened my baby’s car seat in his car. I appreciate that my car was washed as well!

Overall you guys are great. Ms. Cathy is the bomb! I would probably stop coming to your dealership for service if she wasn’t there. When I brought my car in today, I told Cathy to make sure they didn’t wash it as I had just washed it yesterday. And they did not, but there were greasy fingerprints on my door and on the hood. Cathy quickly took care of it, but I expect a bit more conscientiousness with those things. THX!

Everyone was really nice, but I definitely think it took longer than it should’ve. I was there for almost 2 and a half and I made an appointment weeks in advance. As well, I was only there for the recall update on the car, which said it would take less than a hour.
