This was not a good experience at all. I made an appointment for 10:30am for a failed emission test/ check engine light. I left my car and was told that I’d be kept abreast through the whole process. I wasn’t. I received a text message around 3pm stating that they hadn’t forgotten about me. I feel asleep and woke around 5:30pm and decided to give them a call. I wasn’t able to get through to anyone in the service department. The operator informed me that they were preparing to close at 6pm. Long story short, I didn’t get my car or any information regarding the diagnostic testing. I had to accrue charges for transportation via Uber twice the following day. I received a half apology as if that should soothe my feelings of complete disregard of my time and patronage. I’m greatly considering ending my relationship with KIA, as I keep having horrible customer service experiences. This technically my third vehicle with KIA, and quite possibly my last.
