Have a question on the service I received. Were my tires rotated ? the reason I ask is that I had a **** in my drivers side rear tire and noticed yesterday that the same tire in the same position has a **** in it. If it was missed, I have an appointment next Wednesday and the rotation can be done then. Thanks Sharon

Everything was ok up until I was told and my service report showed I needed new front and rear brake pads ASAP. The issue is that I replaced my front brakes in April with you all so I am concerned about 1) the service provided in April adequacy 2) the thoroughness of my inspection today.. I left Kia Mall of Georgia because they were not performing the work I requested and paid for. To have what appears to be a similar event happen at Ed Voyles would be unfortunate. I am schedule for Thursday to see what is going on with my front brakes. This must be discussed and cleared before I pay for service on the back pads.

Josef was excellent probably the best service experience I had there working with him. He was the only sales person who finally jumped in to help me after I’d been waiting for sometime. My service was done quickly and he called me and offered transportation via lyft. Seamless and effortless! Really made me open to allowing that dealership to service my car again. Kudos to him! And the cheach out ladies also!

Can’t say completely. Everyone I worked with was very nice and helpful. Work seemed to be very thorough. My only complaint is the time frame. My appointment was a 9am. My car was not ready until 5:00. I had an oil change a d tire rotation done. Also a diagnostic done for my ABS light. Back wheel sensors where also changed. I was told 3-4 hours. Turned into 8 hrs.
