Ordered a part and when it came in made an appointment for 10 AM the next morning. Brought the vehicle in around 9 AM. Asked for a ride to rendezvous with my wife and was granted such. When my wife and I had finished our errands and lunch we went to the dealership around 2 PM to pick up her car; only to find out they hadn’t even started on it yet! Needless to say I was upset. Your policy of prioritizing waiters with later or no appointments over people who are willing to leave their vehicle is upsetting.

I drive from Pineville to buy and have my car serviced at Hampton. Everone is very friendly and I will continue to go there for service. I’ve owned Toyotas my while life and used to buy in Alexandria but that place has changed and will continue to go to Hampton for services and new vehicles. Thank you for your services. Communication is unacceptable at Hampton . I ordered a new replacement “key” for my brand new RAV4 since I lost it during my husband’s untimely passing. I told the parts man I wanted one exactly like the one he had lost. I was told he would order me one and it would be around $260. Six weeks later never heard from your dealership and called—-it was in but I hadn’t checked on it!!! Came to get it and waited for 1 1’2 hours . Then needed to pay for the key which would be about $160 ! This was not just like the lost one yet I , as a new widow , was desperate in case I lost the other only one I had. I will be in to PAY for the KEY but never buy another Toyota. We have driven 2 Camrys 2 Avalons and the Sienna for the last 40 years of our marriage . Sorry GMa
