Trent explained everything to me and when he was unsure about a picture he was looking at, he called the mechanic to make sure he told me the right thing. He made a copy of everything and even offered to let me take pictures of his computer. Outstanding service.

The two lady cashiers were showing each other pictures on their personal cell phones and I felt like I was bothering them to check me out. Additionally, when they didn’t want me to hear what they were saying, they spoke in Spanish which was incredibly rude. And finally, one of them used profanity as she was talking about her boyfriend to her co-worker…right in front of me. They were Horribly unprofessional and offensive.
The service salesman, Randy, was great.
