I had an appointment. They said it would not be long when we arrived. I was there with my two young children for 2.5 hours. I could have had someone pick us up and bring us home until it was ready. Just be honest and realistic about the time in the future.

Brought in for 15K service. Surprised that tire pressures weren’t at spec. They were 30, 30, 31, and 32 instead of all at 34. Plus maintenance warning wasn’t reset and next service sticker wasn’t replaced.
Service staff was very friendly though.
