My husband, David sat in your dealership for four hours waiting to get someone to tell him what’s wrong with the vehicle. He had no status updates and someone could have let him known right away that no one was going to be there to check on our automobile for that timeframe.
After going up there several times he was then informed that they were shorthanded that would’ve saved a lot of time , and he would’ve been able to then get a ride home and not had to wait .
David said everyone was extremely nice. However communication should have been better.
