I called the service sept back and no one available for my question. I then called back and spoke to a woman in the finance department (didn’t get her name) I was questioning her about what was included in my extended warranty since I do not have any hard copy of what it includes. She sounded aggravated with me , talked over me the whole conversation which ended with her telling me “It’s only common sense”, then hung up on me. I then called asking for highest person available to report her, and that person was off. So I spoke to Mr Van which told me he would have the manager of that department calling me tomorrow. I told him that if this does not get resolved I plan on taking the car back, and purchasing another at another dealership. Not going to let this one go. No one should have a person working at a place of business, allowing there employee to talk to a customer in such an unprofressional, demeaning manner. Very bad business

Your service Dept does very well with handling your customer’s needs, etc and I’m grateful for the steps taken to correct the error made during my service for an oil change. The manager acted quickly to get my car towed and handled and Brent was equally courteous and helpful, as he always has been. My only complaint is I did not receive a product to assist me in removing the oil spilled in my garage. Brent offered to send someone to actually take care of it but that would have required me to be available and my schedule would not accommodate that request

Brent gives good attention to clients. I was disappointed the oil change took 2 hours. I know the service backed up, I had a 9 o’clock appointment. I was there early and I got in my car to leave at 11am. This service usually takes 45 min or less.
