Was charged for a service but never called to discuss the service prior to be charged. Service rep did adjust price to half but still, would have been nice to get a calm first.

We asked how long it took to put the strut on my car and the lady told us well. The book says it takes an hour and a half but my boyfriend asked, but how long did it take to do it and she wouldn’t answer so obviously we got billed for longer than what it actually took to fix the car which we feel is fraud. So now we weren’t satisfied. And then I was told after they put on and what else and did the alignment on my car that I needed to bring it to a paint and body shop and have the whole frame lifted off because I bent the frame when I hit the curb and messed up my strut, so why weren’t we told that before they fixed it so we could’ve possibly had it fixed right to begin with, so we weren’t satisfied to Lexus dealership

Absolutely terrible worst service if it wasn’t for my warranty I would never step foot in this dealership again. Very disorganized and took 6 months to fix my truck that I bought even though it was messed up when I bought it. Can’t even take care of a new customer. And when I ask why my service was this terrible apparently it’s because it’s not a Toyota. Not sure why you guys wouldn’t say that when I bought the truck. Guess you guys just wanted my money and didn’t care about pleasing the customer. Yall really should take the award winning service department statement off of yalls phone cause yall are by far the worst in Lafayette.
