Stephen, was a pleasure to work with. I had 1 issue that did not involve him. I asked several people that I would like to speak to Mark Hampton , and was not able to. I asked the manager of services ( not Stephen) to please have Mark call me. To this date I have not heard from him. The last 4 cars I have purchased were from his dealership. I am really disappointed that I have not been able to speak to him. I shopped , recently with Thomas one of the salesmen. I do not intend to move forwards this time, since my concern has not been addressed.
