My service representative was extremely friendly and helpful. I was a bit unsettled after finding a leak so soon after the purchase, but he was very helpful!

The only thing was when I called to schedule the service I was informed it would be free, but when i arrived i was informed they made an error and it would cost $80. Also i was informed of side wall damage on rr tire they said looked like someone drove on a flat, but i have not had a flat and i purchase used from Hampton Aug 31, 2018. If there was a damaged tire, i would have hoped Hampton would have dealt with that before selling it certified (I think it was certified).

The time estimate was a couple of hours when I brought the car in and it wasn’t ready until 5. The wrong wiper blade was replaced. The problem was corrected tho at no charge to me for the wrong wiper blade.
I reported a noise after the car is turned off. A loose section was tightened but the noise is still there.
I just noticed that a “next service sticker” was not replaced.
The service is usually very prompt and correct.
