Scott went above and beyond to accommodate me when I brought my.newly purchased 4 Runner in to have a problem checked. My life is in a state of turmoil currently with lots of changes happening all at once. I try my hardest to keep up with commitments and appointments but I am not as successful as I would like would to be. Consequently I missed my first two scheduled appointments and I was waiting to get the tone of voice or the look when I called or came by to reschedule. But Scott never blinked an eye and greeted me a huge smile. He is excellent with people because of his kind nature. Hampton Toyota is very lucky to have Scott and I will add that everyone in the service is helpful and involved with every customer. I had a blister on my heel and one of the gentleman is the service area pulled a band-aid out of his wallet and gave it to to me. I will be returning to the service are in a week when I get back in town. I had an accident on my way to Houston and I am counting on Scott to help me determine the damage and the cost of fixing it and who I should go to to have it fixed.
