Worst experience. Appointment at 12 today and was there for hours. Ppl arrived after me and were serviced prior. Watched ppl come and go while I continued to wait for service. Actually if you guys didn’t have my keys I would have left. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and it was apparent today that my business was not valued. And I actually purchased my vehicle from you guys as well. Wasted majority of my day. Again Worst service ever for a brake job. Than had nerve to say they were behind schedule. So the appointments after 12 had service before me.
