Hampton Toyota Auto Repair Service

I did not have an appointment, I drove in because my tire on light came on. A man asked me if I was being helped, I said no not yet, and took me to Steven. He took all of my info and I went sit in the waiting room. When my Tundra was ready, he came get me and explained my options, because they could not find anything wrong with any of my tires nor my spare.... Steven quoted me the diagnostic cost to take it next door, and let me make the decision, which I thought was awesome by letting me decide and not just sending it there and give me the not so nice bill. I was able to ask Steven what I needed to be secure in my decision to give it a few days and see if the tire light would go out, as the technician could not reset it. I was assured my tires were fine, and I'm familiar with what a change in weather will do to the tires causing the light to go on. Steven took me to my truck and said thank you Joseph and if you need just drive back in. I thanked him....I left y'all's place and as I turned by Rouses, the light went off. I am glad to have been able to make that decision, and thanks Steven for explaining everything to me. I am on my 2nd Tundra, and will drive nothing but Toyota ... Last November maybe, I went in to look at the Tacoma's... But at the end I couldn't part with my Tundra... But my wife left with a brand new 2019 Camry.... Now she is a Toyota customer also..... I brought my vehicle in to be fixed correctly. It is approximately a week old cat that he issues driving out of the Peking lot. Philip was taking care of it but was off and some guy names Tom took it over. I got a call saying it was fixed. It is not fixed. I want it corrected or the car will be returned to Hampton and do not want it period. Remember I have 30 days.

My first experience was great with very friendly service! They took me ahead of time and the service I received was quick with everything explained to me in regards to the all points inspection of my car.

Had an appointment and it still took 2 hours to rotate the tires, do a multi point inspection and change the air filter and cabin air filter.

Took the car in earlier than my scheduled appointment. All requested maintenance was performed. Car was delivered in a timely fashion. Service employees were very polite and eager to help with any questions I had. I’ll be back in 5000 miles.

i came in the get an oil change and decided to get a car wash.The service work was done in a timely manner,it was the car wash that took forever! But over all the service was great.
