Phillip was awesome ! He was my service advisor ! I’ve done 2 auto butlers & both times I let Toyota wash my vehicle ! The first time I had the basic wash , the put the auto butler chemical or whatever it is right over tar , yes I said tar ! My service advisor made them go back & fix it after I pointed it out ! This time I got the better wash so they could wipe down the inside , well I have pictures I will show Phillip when I go get my valve stem replacement that they misplaced . So that’s twice my vehicle was not washed properly! I hate fussing but I want what I pay for ! The management of the wash area needs a talking too I believe ! I jokingly said the wash employees should be fired , but I wasn’t serious ! Otherwise the other service performed was satisfactory! Again I spoke to Phillip & he said he is going to take care of me with a courtesy wash next rime ! There were things I pointed out when I picked up my vehicle about the wash which Phillip took care of hisself which showed dedication to his job & he made sure I was satisfied before I left & I was truly grateful ! I just didn’t check the inside before I got home ! This is my 3rd Toyota I’ve bought from Hampton so that says something about your service so the wash issues are minimal !
