After I left the regular maintenance service today, I discovered that my car inspection sticker was out of date and expired… Something that I think really should have been caught by the service department people… When I called back to inquire about inspections I was told what the prices are and then the operator hung up so quickly I did not get to ask if I could make an appointment to do that. Sadly, I went to another location to get the inspection done. My service representative was super kind getting me signed in and answering all my questions. The facility is clean, and comfortable with yummy cookies and coffee! Also slightly disappointed that updating the navigation chip is not part of the upgraded protection plans and care packages when purchased.
