I had a coupon to have a free car wash & it was not done. My husband picked up the car because I had an appointment & he did not know about the car wash. If I had picked up the car I would have noticed it was not done. I called Hampton back once I got home & noticed the car wash was not done. They told me to bring it back & they would take care of it. However now I have to drive all the way back there to get my car washed when should it have been taken care of after they completed my oil change.
