After having my vehicle serviced on Friday, I brought it back in for an alignment and recall work today. The techs discovered that my filters, which were marked green on Friday, were in fact not good. I was not refunded for the work that was not performed and “pencil whipped” on Friday. I will be taking my vehicle to another dealer for future work, as I have no idea what other work was never performed but also charged for. Most importantly, I’m left to hope that I don’t face future safety or quality issues from the checklist that was never performed.
