Dear SF Honda Service Center Survey Dept: I was really pleased with the 5? Professional, competent, & timely service, which I received from Reynoldo E. Gomez & the Service Repair Technicians, who repaired my 2003 Honda Civic LX #5EMR566- after it was significantly damaged from being vandalized. They repaired all the damage done. Plus, the intensive & comprehensive inspection revealed other repairs issues, which needed 2B addressed for my driving safety. Finally, due to this very unexpected large bill, I appreciated the opportunity to be offered a Payment Over Time Plan. It just gave me some more financial breathing room.

When I got home I realized I didn’t bring the last mailing from you that thru 5/11 offered $34.95/$44.95 for an oil change. This was much cheaper than I paid even though Greg gave me 10% off. I don’t think I should need to bring in a coupon to get an offer you send out.
