I had my car serviced yesterday, 7/3/20, at the Folsom Street service center and was told there was a hole on top of the radiator. When I got home, two doors down from the service center, I went to pop the hood open to check for myself where this hole was, but found the latch for the hood was broken off. Maybe the technician wasn’t forthcoming with this information with the representative who helped me, because he didn’t mention it to me, but I found it disappointing that no one mentioned that the latch broke off. I understand that these things happen since it’s an older car, but I wouldn’t be so upset if someone just said something. It’s a blow to the face after spending $627 for someone who is also a blue collar worker. Maybe I was also expecting too much, but I wish someone from the service center who worked on my car show me the hole on the radiator which would have taken five minutes or less.

Aaron Wong is an excellent service manager! He is efficient and follows through. If you didn’t have him there, I’m not sure if I would return. He is the best and makes sure that the customer is satisfied. He reassures the customer that his or her car is taken care of and recommendations are made to keep the car functioning well. He is the best team member that you have. The person who confirmed by phone would benefit from customer service training. It’s unfortunate that your prices almost doubled to perform a routine oil change and tire rotation.

Little patience, very pushy, talked too fast like he was high, he didn’t give me an estimate of the work to be done, not pleased when I showed my Honda discount coupon. He said one hour and it was two hours, even with appointment. No a people’s person. I have been Honda costumer for 16 years and now considering going to independent mechanic.
