He communicated well by phone, took responsibility for having the technician diagnose the problem, and followed through with the repair in a timely manner. I made one phone call to another mechanic to get a second estimate and it was half the price for the recommended work. Every time I’m come to Honda SF they recommend work 3x the estimate when i drop off. I feel powerless in a situation where i know little about automotive and it makes me feel like i should go elsewhere.
