I appreciated how he kept me informed during the diagnostic process and then making a determination as to what needed to be repaired. The diagnostic cost should never be as much as it was. I called 3 other places and they said it was wrong to have been charged for that . There was no fix at all. And no other options presented. I will not be coming back
