My service provider was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I also appreciate the extra safety precautions that were taken and were clearly being followed by staff during this uncertain time.

All should have been done to make it more accommodating. Customers expect they can Seat inside Have their coffee and plug their Electronic devices While they wait for their Vehicle. Non of that happen. Instead , Everyone outside and chairs are not even provided ? That’s the lease Honda could have done. We All know about the COVID 19. Some kind of modification still could be done to accommodate. Chairs could still be place 6 feet or more distance. We still have to do that outside. But no chairs to seat on ? Come on, maybe you could inform us before we come there so we could bring our own Folding chairs. No Canopies ? What if it started to rain ? Credit card only ? Fine. Why aren’t we notified of all this before making our appointment. Otherwise, Greg Masangkay were pretty Much on Target with the time promise of car Delivery & polite. But guys you could do better. Clue ? Already mentioned above.
