Great service and great team. Extremely satisfied with the car service I received. The start was courteous and efficient, kept timely updates on the progress of the service were greatly appreciated. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance.

Service advisor didn't follow thru with complete check-out service, didn't advise if there were future upcoming car issues, multi point inspection report not given until requested, but mist importantly vehicle keys left in ignition and car was unattended serious potential security issue. Concerns expressed to parts manager John. Expecting to hear from service manager or overall manager Monday or Tuesday at the lastest! Very unhappy with this service experience!

Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change. When it was 2.5 hours, I wanted to see the status of my car and noticed that it was just sitting at the front. I couldn’t find the associate that checked me in but I got help from someone else. He noticed a pile of checkout paperwork on my associate’s desk, found my paperwork and was able to check me out. I don’t know how long my car was ready while I was waiting, but it was quite frustrating knowing it was already ready without anyone notifying me.
