2 plus hours (with an appointment) is far too long to wait for a simple oil change. Especially with no one checking in and giving an update. And I am certain I would have been longer if I had not insisted on needing to leave. I waited for more than an hour after I got the text saying my oil change and inspection were done before I was able to check out…and only after I tracked someone down myself. Communication and processing needs to improve.

i was told that it was going to be done by the end of the day and when I went to call to pick it up right before closing because I never received a message that it was done, no one would pick up the phone whenever I arrived to the dealership to get my car even though nobody was picking up the phone I had another man help me who was very helpful, (i can’t remember his name) he couldn’t locate my keys and they looked in the shop and inside the dealership and it happened to be that my keys were left in my CAR and it would’ve stayed that way if I did not come pick up my car that night. the lack of communication and responsibility is crazy, My car wasn’t even started and I was not notified that it wouldn’t be finished that day, and I was told verbatim that it would be finished by the end of the day

I was NOT informed that I was out of prepaid oil changes until the work had been done and I was trying to get my keys. $77 surprise.
Additionally, I asked Sean to look at the rubber trim around the rear hatch latch…he didn’t get me info on replacing it nor was it replaced. I realized once I got home.
