Sean provided great service. However I will not be getting my car serviced there in the future since the maintenance servicing plan we purchased was at **** and I was not anticipating any costs for service but had to pay more than half of the expense out of pocket.

I usually go to Michael and he is great. He gets me checked in and my car right back. He discusses options with me. I like the text updates so you are not waiting and finding someone to ask questions. I am able to sit in whichever lobby , fix coffee and get a good seat. By the time I sit down and get started working good I am getting text that my car is finished for an oil change. I drive over an hour to come here but by far the best service of the local Kia’s.

I was assigned James, who took my initial information upon arrival. As I waited, I got a text from Andrew instead. Upon check out, I inquired about status of any mechanical information I needed to know. I basically had to chase down the information and never got a printout or electronic notification of any potential issues with my vehicle. And it was very disappointing to not be informed of that vital information on my vehicle in order to maintain vehicle accordingly.

Upon receiving my vehicle from being serviced on, on my drive to work the engine light came on. I call Sean who told me to bring back the vehicle to have it checked out. Apparently, it was an old code that caused the engine light to come on. When I inquired about the code, Sean didn't know which code. I wanted to know just in case if it was something serious that I could have it worked on Later on in the afternoon on that same day that I got my vehicle worked on, I realized that some plugs(I'm not sure what it's called) behind the front wheel of the passenger side of my vehicle was missing. I called back the dealership to asked about it but due to the fact they was about to close, I left a message. The following day on my way to work I call Sean and explain to him my concerns. He told me to bring in the vehicle so that they'll fix the issue for me. I went to the dealership and apparently it was more than 2 plugs missing. They found some spare plugs and placed them over the screws behind the 2 front tires. I was so disappointed because this could have all been prevented if they overlooked their work once the vehicle was finished being worked on.

Overall, the service staff was very friendly. However, he service department was horrible at communicating progress of order parts, or responding to my inquiries. Only on 1 or 2 occasions did service personnel keep their word to update me at a specified time period. The part needed for my service repair was on back order for an extended period. After not hearing anything for several months, I stopped by the shop only to find that the part had arrived some time prior and it was about to be returned. I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF IT'S ARRIVAL! Once I learned the part had arrived I asked Mike when to drop it off and he recommended the following Sunday, so that the tech could start first thing Monday. After not hearing anything for two days, I called the service department on to learn than the technician could not even START the work until the following week!!! This was after the prior mentioned delays and failure of communication. We picked up the vehicle and returned it the following Sunday. Over 2 weeks latered, I was informed that the vehicle was ready. When I arrived, the radio was not working. We had to leave the vehicle for another day. For our troubles, Jason told me he would ensure the vehicle was filled with gas and cleaned. The vehicle has 1/8 a tank of gas when I took final delivery. We have the vehicle now and we've noticed the the roof mounted interior lights were not properly reassembled. As a result, they will not shut off and can only be turned off by turning all interior lights on. This service experience has been an ongoing negative experience and I hesitate to even consider returning it to your dealership.
